MORFAXIS Diagnostic

First, see where you are losing value.

Reviews brand, product experience, digital visibility and sales materials in a single assessment and ranks the highest-impact opportunities.

Direct answer

The MORFAXIS Diagnostic is a paid entry engagement that reviews brand, product experience, digital visibility and sales materials in one assessment. In three to five weeks it produces an executive report, an impact × effort matrix and a 90-day roadmap. The output is independent: it can be executed by your own team even without MORFAXIS.

Scope

  • Executive and team interviews
  • Brand and message audit
  • Web and search visibility review
  • Product assets and 3D opportunities
  • AI usage and governance review
  • Competitor and category observation
  • Prioritised opportunity matrix

Deliverables

  • 15–25 page executive report
  • Impact × effort matrix
  • 90-day roadmap
  • Recommended project scope

Who it fits

A good fit

Companies that see problems in several areas but do not know which to solve first; where internal teams each insist on a different priority; or that want an independent assessment before an investment decision.

Not a fit

It is not the right choice for a single production job whose scope is already clear — for example one product render. In that case starting directly from the relevant service is more efficient.

Duration and process

Kick-off

Scope and access: which systems, which markets, which teams are reviewed.

Interviews

Structured interviews with executive, sales, marketing and technical teams.

Review

Web, search visibility, product assets, materials and AI usage are examined.

Synthesis

Findings are placed on an impact × effort matrix.

Presentation

The report and 90-day plan are reviewed together in an executive session.

Investment range. System build-outs generally work with six-figure budgets in Turkish lira terms. Single-product render or animation packages can be handled at a smaller scope. The exact investment depends on the number of products and markets, technical complexity, languages, integrations and delivery scope. Scope and a commercial proposal follow the fit call.

Questions answered on this page

What does the diagnostic report contain?

An executive summary, current-state findings, an impact × effort matrix and a 90-day roadmap. Every finding is justified individually with the observed evidence stated. The report is written so it can be executed by your own team even if you do not continue with MORFAXIS.

Do we have to continue with MORFAXIS afterwards?

No. The diagnostic is an independent deliverable; the output stays with your company and can be executed with another supplier. If you do continue, the diagnostic scope is folded into the scoping work for the system being built.

How long does it take?

Typically three to five weeks. The main drivers are the number of people interviewed, the number of markets and languages reviewed, and how quickly access to existing data is granted. The calendar is shared in writing at kick-off.

What data access is required?

Search Console and analytics access, existing brand and strategy files, the product image archive, sales materials and any content plan. Areas where access cannot be granted are marked explicitly in the report as “not observed”.

Is the diagnostic an SEO audit?

No. SEO and AI visibility are one of four review areas. Brand and message consistency, product explanation and visual asset maturity, sales materials, and AI usage governance are assessed in the same report.

First, see where you are losing value.

Reviews brand, product experience, digital visibility and sales materials in a single assessment and ranks the highest-impact opportunities.

Outcomes vary with the market, competition, existing brand authority, technical infrastructure and continuity of execution. MORFAXIS does not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendation or commercial results; it builds a measurable improvement system.
