How do you market a product nobody sees after installation?
By attaching visibility to its effect rather than its surface. A cutaway shows the internal structure; a flow animation shows where the performance difference comes from. The buyer purchases the work the product does, not the product, so the narrative is built around its role in the system.
How should performance data be presented?
