How quickly will I hear back?
After assessing fit and scope we reply within two business days at the latest. If you completed the Opportunity Analysis, the reply takes your submitted readiness profile into account, which usually removes one round from the first conversation.
Which channel should I use?
For a project with defined scope the Opportunity Analysis form is the most efficient: because it collects need, current state and decision calendar in four steps, the first call starts on substance. For a short question, WhatsApp or e-mail is enough.
What happens on the first call?
It takes 30 minutes and it is not a pitch. We discuss the current state, the goal and the timeline; it ends either with a concrete first step or with “we are not the right side for this”. There is no sales pressure.
