Through the forms on this site, only the data you submit is processed:
- Identity and contact: full name, work e-mail, phone (optional)
- Professional information: company name, role, website
- Request content: need, business goal, project timeline, free-text description, investment readiness (optional)
- Processing security: submission timestamp and spam control data
The tools in the Decision Tools section run entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to a server and are never seen by us.

- Assessing and responding to your enquiry
- Scheduling the fit call and preparing a proposal
- Conducting pre-contractual discussions
- Only where you gave separate consent: sending service and content updates by e-mail
- Meeting legal obligations and retaining enquiry records
Legal basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest). Under the GDPR the corresponding bases are Art. 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f). Marketing communication relies solely on your explicit consent and is collected with a separate checkbox.
Cross-border transfer
Important: the forms on this site operate through a third-party form delivery provider (Web3Forms). Data you submit through a form is therefore transferred to a service provider whose servers are located outside Türkiye. By submitting the form you acknowledge that you have been informed of this transfer.
Web fonts are served from our own server; no request is made to a third-party font network. Analytics tools run only if you consent to cookies, and their servers may also be located outside Türkiye. If you do not consent, no analytics cookie is set.
Data you send directly by e-mail or phone does not pass through the third-party form infrastructure.
Retention period
Data submitted through a form is retained for 24 months for the purpose of assessing the enquiry and conducting pre-contractual discussions. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply. At the end of the period data is deleted or anonymised. Marketing consent remains valid until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result produced against you by analysis carried out exclusively through automated systems, and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. Under the GDPR you additionally have the rights of access, portability and restriction of processing.
